Annual Butler Carved In Ice Event

Carved-In-Ice 2018 Pnaramic Of Diamond Park

Butler “CARVED IN ICE” Winter Festival

Every year since 2015, the BUTLER CARVED IN ICE winter festival and chili cook-off has proven to be a winning event for our charitable organization. The event is held in downtown Butler on main street with the ice sculptures displayed throughout Diamond Park across from the Butler County Court House. The event has been held every year on a Saturday in late February from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. In 2020 we added a Friday light-up night from 5PM to 8PM that features a live ice carving demonstration with finished ice sculptures backlit with colored lights that creates a vibrant and festive atmosphere in the park. Adult beverages, hot cocoa, and great food is made available from the areas best breweries and food trucks.  This is the Butler AM Rotary’s annual fundraising event that helps support all the projects we are involved with throughout the year.

We’ve had repeat awesome support from area businesses purchasing ice sculptures, the food and beverage vendors, the restaurants with their great chili as well as the thousands of people that turn out to enjoy a family day of fun, food, drinks, entertainment and to view the ice sculptures in downtown Butler. We could not do this without you!

It’s a lot of fun, great exposure for your business, and it helps our work in contributing back and helping our wonderful community!

We’re always looking for new businesses and individuals to join in supporting this worthwhile community event. Your business, organization, or you as an individual can participate by purchasing ice blocks carved into your choice of image. Whether it’s your logo, mascot, or representing your product or service, the DiMartino Ice Company will do it’s best to accommodate your request.

Other ways to support us include being a food vendor or wine/beer/spirits vendor or restaurant that makes the best chili in the area. Help us make this the BEST year ever!

We hope you’ll join us this year. We usually begin announcing the event and asking for sponsors mid to late December on this website and on our Facebook page.
